As our 2024 intern batch wraps up their time with us at Pumapapel, I’ve been reflecting on just how much they’ve grown—and how much they’ve contributed.

Ali, Elle, Klara, Sol, Leia, Junnie, Zee, and Gabbi came on board with fresh energy and a willingness to dive into anything we threw their way. They worked on:

✅ Pop-up making and production
✅ Social media content creation and copywriting
✅ Research and creative brainstorming
✅ Live client projects

Beyond the work itself, they developed skills in project management, time management, and team communication. Watching them come together as a team was one of the most rewarding parts of this experience.

One big lesson I learned (and was reminded of) as their mentor: Every collaborator has their own creative voice—and valuing that diversity is key to great teamwork.
